By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable booking fee. This fee confirms your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
We understand that plans can change; however, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you wish to reschedule and provide more than 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date (subject to availability).
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced or, in some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will be treated as a late cancellation and your booking fee may be lost.
Appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments must be booked at least 5 days in advance. This is to allow sufficient time for a required prescription to be obtained prior to your appointment.
Failure to allow this timeframe may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are medically suitable for the requested treatment. You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or changes to your health prior to your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest or if it is deemed unsafe.
The remaining balance for your treatment must be paid on the day of your appointment using accepted payment methods.
Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

HD Aesthetics Oxford will not be held liable for any adverse reactions if aftercare advice is not followed or if incomplete medical information is provided.
You will be provided with aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is essential that you follow these instructions to achieve the best results and avoid complications.
For safety and insurance reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless previously agreed.
